calf-plugins software package provides Calf Studiogear - audio effects and sound generators, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install calf-plugins
calf-plugins is installed in your system.
Make ensure the calf-plugins package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep calf-plugins *
You will get with calf-plugins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
